Pink Diamond — Terms & Agreement
Part A — Terms of Service
1. Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and the operator of Pink Diamond ("Pink Diamond", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to all three parts of this document. If you do not agree, do not use Pink Diamond.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract where you live. Accounts are personal; don't share your login.
3. Your account
Keep your password secure and tell us promptly about any unauthorized use. You're responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put other users or the service at risk.
4. Plans, prices and automatic renewal
- Paid plans are Go ($11.99/month), Plus ($22.99/month), Pro ($33.99/month) and Max ($121.99/month), or yearly at 20% off the monthly price × 12. The Free plan costs nothing. Prices shown at checkout, before you pay, are the prices you'll be charged, plus any applicable taxes.
- Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly, as you chose) and your payment method is charged the then-current price until you cancel. We'll tell you in advance of any price change, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
- Cancel any time from Settings → Manage billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then and won't be charged again.
- If a renewal charge fails, paid features pause until payment succeeds; we and our payment processor may retry the charge.
- Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable and we don't give credit for partial periods. Where a refund is given, the Pink Credits funded by that payment are removed.
5. Pink Credits
- Pink Credits pay for model usage inside the agent. $1 = 100 Pink Credits; one credit is one cent of model spend at our provider's rates.
- 50% of every subscription payment (including renewals and add-ons) is added to your Pink Credits balance. The other 50% pays for the service.
- Pay-as-you-go top-ups ($10, $20, $50, $100, $250, $500, or a custom amount from $5 to $1,000) add credits at the same rate.
- Your balance is shown in the agent and in your profile. When it reaches zero, paid models pause until you top up. Credits have no cash value, can't be transferred or exchanged for money, and stay on your account if your subscription ends.
6. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. When you pay, your card details go directly to Stripe and are never received or stored by Pink Diamond. If you choose to save a card, Stripe stores it and pre-fills it for your next purchase; you can remove saved cards in Manage billing. Stripe's terms and privacy policy also apply to payments.
7. Uncensored Mode
Uncensored Mode is an optional add-on for paid plans (+$10/month, or $96/year on yearly plans) for adults 18+. It relaxes the default content restrictions as described in Part C. It renews and cancels with your plan. It never unlocks the content that is prohibited on every plan.
8. Your content and AI output
You keep your rights in the prompts and material you submit. Subject to these terms and to the terms of the model providers, you may use the output you generate. AI output can be inaccurate, offensive or similar to other people's output; check it before relying on it. Don't use output to mislead people into thinking it was made by a human or to impersonate real people.
9. Advertising
Pink Diamond shows advertising, including ads served by Google AdSense. Ads are marked as such.
10. Ending your use
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (for example payments owed, disclaimers and limits of liability) survive.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. We'll show you the new version and ask you to accept it before your next purchase; material changes to prices or renewal terms will be notified in advance.

Part B — Privacy Policy
What we collect
- Account data: email, username, a salted hash of your password, the date you accepted these terms, your theme and settings.
- Billing data: your plan, billing history and a Stripe customer reference. We never receive full card numbers or security codes; Stripe does.
- Usage data: prompts, generated output and model usage, so the agent can work, your balance can be charged correctly, and abuse can be prevented.
- Device and cookie data: browser storage for your session and preferences, and cookies set by Google for advertising and analytics.
How we use it
To provide and secure the service, process payments and renewals, keep your Pink Credits balance, enforce the Creation Guidelines, show ads, comply with law, and contact you about your account. We don't sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
- Stripe — payments, saved cards, invoices and fraud prevention.
- OpenRouter and the model providers it routes to — your prompts are sent to the model you choose so it can generate a response.
- Google — AdSense advertising and analytics. Google may use cookies to show ads based on your visits here and elsewhere; you can opt out of personalised ads at adssettings.google.com.
- Vercel and our database host — infrastructure that runs the site.
- Authorities, where the law requires it or to protect people from harm.
Retention and your rights
We keep account data while your account is open and billing records as long as tax and accounting law requires. Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or California's CCPA/CPRA), you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and object to certain processing. Email legal@pinkdiamond.ai; we'll respond within the time the law sets.
Security and children
We use encryption in transit, hashed passwords and encrypted provider keys. Pink Diamond is not for anyone under 18, and we delete accounts we learn belong to minors.
Part C — AI Creation Guidelines (image, video, text and audio)
Default mode
By default Pink Diamond restricts inappropriate material: no sexual or sexually explicit content, no graphic gore, and no content meant to harass, demean or frighten. Requests for that material are declined.
Uncensored Mode (18+, +$10/month)
Adults who add Uncensored Mode may create mature fiction, profanity, dark themes and sexual content involving fictional adults, and get blunter answers. You are responsible for what you create and how you use it.
Never allowed, on any plan
- Any sexual content involving minors or anyone who appears to be a minor.
- Sexual or intimate imagery, audio or text depicting a real, identifiable person, or any non-consensual intimate content.
- Deepfakes or voice clones of real people meant to deceive, defraud or harass.
- Real instructions for weapons capable of mass harm, synthesising illegal drugs, or writing malware.
- Content that incites violence, promotes terrorism, or targets people for harassment based on who they are.
- Content that infringes someone else's copyright or trademark, or that breaks the law where you live.
We may block, remove or report content that breaks these guidelines, and suspend accounts that repeatedly or seriously break them.
